1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the online store operated by Barish Okcu GmbH (“we”, “us”, “our”) at.
By placing an order, you (“you”, “the customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Contract Formation

  1. Product listings on our website are non-binding offers.

  2. A binding purchase contract is formed when you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation by email.

  3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

3. Prices and Payment

  1. All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT for deliveries within the European Union.

  2. For deliveries outside the EU, VAT is not charged; local customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

  3. We accept all standard payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer.

  4. Payment is due immediately upon order completion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  1. We ship worldwide from Vienna, Austria.

  2. Delivery times vary by destination; estimated shipping times will be provided during checkout.

  3. Shipping costs are displayed before checkout.

  4. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses.

  5. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery of goods to the specified address.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  1. Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

  2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (e.g., by email) before the expiry of the 14-day period.

  3. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

  4. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

  5. Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

6. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that are made to order or clearly personalized.

  • Goods that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery.

7. Warranty and Liability

  1. All goods are subject to statutory warranty rights under Austrian and EU law.

  3. Our liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for minor negligence or indirect damages (e.g., lost profits), except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.

8. Retention of Title

All goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

  2. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence remain unaffected.

  3. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform:

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
